I don't think it'll be all roses for Woods ... he's going to have to earn this one at some point. There may be some struggles with weather, or sand which'll drop him back a bit. He'll recover though, and still win by a health margin. My 2 cents.

Monty must've had a great round. Good to see ... he'll get the Brits fired up again before disappointing. Poor guy.

66 today ... that's great. I hope he comes close, if anyone were to beat Eldrick, I hope it is him, just to see his knees buckle from relief at getting the monkey off his back.

I wouldn't complain if Monty won. Not to bring anything else into this, but I would be very very happy for the Brits if he did. Something good to cheer them up, you know?

Woods is tearing up the rest of the field today.

-15 overall....2nd place at -9.

Note: 2nd golfer in 73 years to lead wire to wire in a major (last time in 1973) with no ties.

You have to give Tiger some credit. Just look at the numbers he's put up. I never did understand why some people dislike Tiger so much.

because they wear a white hood in their spare time? ;)

Tiger is a great player, a gentlemen, and already a legend at such a young age. By the time he's done, he will break all records, yes even Jack's. Everyone else is just playa hating :p

What a great weekend: up at 6:15 a.m. for 18 holes Saturday, arrive home in time to watch about 15 holes of the Open and have lunch. Go back out to the course for another 18. Dinner, movie and bed. Up at 6:30 a.m. for 18 holes Sunady, arrive home in time to watch the last 11 holes of the Open and have lunch. Go back out to the course for another 18. My legs are tired today, but at least I got my white skin some :sun:.

Results for the rounds you ask? 79, 78, 79, 78. :):):) Makes you appreciate how truly magnificent the pros are.
