Is this worth the price? Thinking about purchasing a new pc.

I have been thinking about building a new computer for the past couple weeks. I am currently still on a S939 System with a X800XL. The build I was looking at building came just around $800. Then I was on Craigslist today and saw this for $800:
* Windows Vista Home Premium
* Intel Q6600 Quad-Core Processor
* 2GB DDR2-800 MHz RAM * Foxconn P35 Motherboard with SLI capability
* 150 GB Raptor Hard Drive
* Samsung 20X DVD Burner
* 600W OCZ Power Supply
* Thermaltake V1 Heatsink (Keeps CPU temp average of around 30C idle)
* Arctic Silver thermal paste used on heatsink
* Blue LED Antec fans
* Thermaltake Armor VA8000B case (with 250mm case fan)
* 20.1? LCD Viewsonic Monitor
* Logitech G5 Gaming Mouse
* Nvidia 7300 GS video card

Games Included:
* Unreal Tournament 3
* Warcraft III Battle Chest
* Call of Duty 2
* Call of Duty 4
* Counter Strike

I added up some of the parts and it looks like it comes to around $1,100. I don't really have a use for the LCD so I will probably make him an offer without that, but does that seem like a good deal? If not what should I offer? And would $650 be lowballing for without the LCD?

Sorry just haven't built a new computer let alone bought a new computer in quite a while. Oh and I plan on upgrading the Video Card if I do purchase this. And the graphics are my worst field, I have no clue what is out right now. Are there HDMI cards out yet? I run a dell 2405WFP and a 32"LCD TV which supports HDMI so I would like to run HDMI to the TV and DVI to the LCD. Any suggestions? Price range of no more than $250. Oh and my Dell runs 1920 by 1200 and the TV runs 1360 by 768.

Edit: Actually just read that new video cards are due to come out within a few weeks so nevermind.

The hardware looks to be around $800 new not counting the LCD so with Vista and the games say $900. Take off 20-30% for used and I'd say $650-$700 is a good figure.
However for $700, you can get a dell with q6600 and 24" lcd if you aren't concerned about fancy hardware. Then, you could just replace the power supply and add a video card and any other add-ons you want.
There are plenty of current video cards capable of what you want. The new video cards will be on the high-end in performance and price. For $250, you'd only be able to get the 4850 (if that at launch), which is supposed to be a little better than the 9800gtx. But then the 9800gtx is almost identical to the 8800gts 512mb, which can be had for well under $200 after rebate now.
Waiting for the new cards can't hurt though. If the MSRP $229 4850 is actually better than the 9800gtx, then the 9800gtx will be closer to $200, which will likely push the 8800gts down to around $150.
