Is this worth anything? Sealed MS Win Server 2003

Found it in the trash at a job site.

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Enterprise Web Editions

This is sealed with the installation CD, Setup Guide, Client Access License Certificate (it says 5 licenses) and User Guide.

It also has a red sticker that says Media and Client License included.

My questions are this:

What is this worth? (I'm going to just sell it on eBay) I see a lot of similar apps selling for decent money.

Would there be an included CD key in this packet, or is one needed to use it. (I don't see the typical MS hologram sticker on the outside)

I plan to sell it As-Is, is there anything I need to know about it before i put it up for bid.

Looking for any advice since I know nothing about this app. thanks in advance.

well, a new win server 2003 liscence goes for about $1500 on newegg IIRC

It does say on the hologram on the program CD "For distribution with a new server only", but there's nothing about not for resale.

I guess you would consider this an OEM version, there's no box, it's just the above listed items in shrink wrap.

OEM yes, is it worth anything? does it need a Key? Are the licenses good if the package is unopened?
