Choose a free proxy
In FF go Tools -> options -> general -> connections settings -> manual proxy config and put in the IP/address and the port, click OK blah blah, then try a known site (eg google) to check it works, then try your site.
In IE tools -> internet options -> connections -> possibly LAN settings -> put in details and check.
