So I decided to get a preferred account to get some extra money off of the Logitech Z-5500's a week ago. I had trouble ordering it online because every time I applied a coupon, the free S&H would suddenly dissappear and be replaced by half of what the shipping would normally be (weird).

So I talk to some preferred account guy and order over the phone. Gives me the correct total and a order number. Fast forward to now, and I have heard nothing of my order. No email confirmation. Can't log into my preferred account. Automated telephone service tells me I have no outstanding balances in my account and no order history.

yeah that is where you log in. if it's your first time there, you just create a new profile. but if you're checking on the order you made, you are better off logging into www.dell.com cuz nothing appears on dellfinancialservices unless it got charged already.

I haven't used a DPA account in years, I think the DFS links are correct.

Call DFS customer service and ask them?
