Is this what I would need for my own Tivo ?

i'd also consider getting a tv tuner card for tivo functions. I know it would work good old fasioned coaxial cable. I just wonder if it will work with sattelite or digital cable? it would suck if you couldn't. Not even windows media center edition would be worth it.
