Is this voltage reading even correct?

Sandra says I'm giving my Northwood 1.39V of juice.....

Is that even right? I thought the mobo was supposed to give 1.5V

Many people (including me) saw this kind of voltage on different mobos. So I believe it is normal. Sb. said that 1.5V is max voltage.
