IS this Video Card Better then mine?

what one of these video cards are better and by how much thanks:

BFG GF7600GSOC 512MB

and

ATI X800XL 256MB

Both are AGP cards.

X800XL, unless you're playing a game that really needs the 512MB, and I doubt the existence of those.

The 7600GT would be more comparable - the GS is the crippled version.

Yea, the X800XL is much better than the 7600GS, but the 7600GT is better than the X800XL. If you can get a 7600GT for about the same price as the X800XL I'd get the 7600GT.
