Is this VCD website foreal?

I think they're pirated VCD's meaning they're probably from China where they tape the movie inside where the movie is shot. Like up above, they use a cam corder to recored the film. I heard sometimes you can see the peoples head in the way and stuff. I could be wrong, I don't know much about VCD's, but my g/f's cousin just got Kiss Of the Dragon in VCD and the quality is crappy.
 
Is the quality the same as what you would get on a DVD? If so, I'm gonna start buying these VCD's. Last VCD my g/f's cousin got was a crappy one. Looked like they recorded it in the theatres
 
Oh yeah, and quality, is pretty decent, not as good as a dvd, but better then most divx rips...mabey as good as a vcr or better.
 
I Have VCD's & Due to the price diffrence I Would perfer them to DVD's...

If these are the retail box's than it's a good deal... in a few days I Will order a couple & see if they are worth getting...
