Is that unhealthy? I guess I could just skip eating for the rest of the day :(

You srsly have a boring life or a disproportionate concern with your eating habits if a red bull and 2 bagels causes you concern.

I'd be more concerned about 820 calories before lunch than 110 calories, but it depends on what the OP's concerned about.

820 calories is like more than I eat all day, much less just for breakfast.

He's a fatty who is trying to lose weight but will balloon back to fatty status very soon because he refuses to take the advise of almost every forum user that eating <1000 calories a day is a fucking stupid idea.

As for the OP, he didn't eat 800 calories before lunch, he ate 800 calories including lunch, which is fine.

I used to weigh 230lbs (I'm 5'9). I finally gave up bread, sugar, pasta..anything with carbs. My intake was about 1000 calories or less. Lost about 65lbs in 6 months. It's been over a year now and I think I gained 10lbs since. I could have kept it off if I exercised but I guess I was lazy. I'll get it off in a couple of months. Started running again and am watching what I'm eating.

I had a thing of 2% fage yogurt with fresh fruit for breakfast this morning (170 calories), two pan-fried tuna melts with cheese for lunch (200 calories), and I'll probably throw a piece of salmon on the grill tonight when I get home with some roasted brussel sprouts (250 calories)

weighed in at 239 this morning, but I was over 400 like a year and a half ago.

More like slim twink. Less than 820 calories a day is ridiculous.
