Is this true? My friend showed me this heatsink...

I was looking for a heatsink for my cpu and he emailed me this, there is no flippin way i can afford it but he told me that when you turn it on it will not only cool your entire house, but a genie will come out and grant you wishes. I was thinking i could just tell my parents to sell the house get this heatsink, plug it in at grandma's house and ask the genie for the house back and we still have 2 more wishes.
