Is this too much voltage (and my temps)?

My P4 2.6C is running at 3.21GHz (247FSB). I have it at 1.5875V in the BIOS, but CPU-Z reports it as 1.6V, so I don't know which to believe. It is stable so far (knock on wood, its been running a rigerous stress test (details below) for about 3 hours now), and full load temp flucuates between 42-47C (right now its 44C but its usually 45C). So my questions are the following:

1. Is 1.5875V too much for this CPU (Intel P4 2.6C at 247FSB)?
2. Is 42-47C full load temps okay?
3. Is 28-32C idle temps okay?

Thanks, Josh
