This is my set-up,

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz
Power Supply: 400 Watt
Motherboard: biostar P4SXQ
Memory: 768 MB of PC2100
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro 128 mb
Hard Drive: Samsung 80 gig @ 7200 RPMS
CDR/CDRW Manufacturer & Model: Lite-On 52x
Storage Interface: IDE
Sound Card: Sound Blaster
Internet Connection: Cable
Operating System: Windows XP Home

Temperatures
CPU 23 °C (73 °F)

Is that to hot, if so what can i do to help it? btw, thats with not playing any games just on the internet

cpu @ 23c... that's room temperature pretty much.
the sensor might be either reading incorrectly, or it's reading an actual different sensor.
23 is not too hot no matter which sensor it's polling. 40-50C is a normal temp for CPU's to be running at.

thats a very cool cpu :D make sure its reporting the right temp. i doubt it though

yeah i doubt that is teh cpu temp

maybe case temp...

IIRC general rule of thumb is if the chip is too hot to touch, its running too hot
