Is this the same female?

I would say no. The girl in the first pic looks a LOT younger...much less whore mileage on her. But she'll get there eventually.
 
The comparisons I made were the nose and the eyes. The nose is very similar, but her eyes with Tim Arnold look way different. Other than that, the smile is pretty close and so is the structure. What've you guys noticed that's the same/different?

It's not, my friend just wasn't sure and asked me, and I figured I'd ask you guys since I couldn't say 100% yes or no.

Yes, the girl smiles with a slight underbite (overbite?) so that her top row of teeth are resting on her lower lip, with the exact same cheek patten in both pictures.

The odds of it being different girls, in the same colored bunny outfit, at the same party, with the same face structure, same part in the hair, same length of hair, same "not quite perfect" smile are incredibly rare. Unless she has a twin.

I would put $50 on it being the same girl.
 
same girl. look at her hands... same age same dimple same eyebrow not to mention eyes nose smile jaw line hair yadayadayada
