My ISP is Comcast. The associated webpage, comcast.net, seems to be getting more and more complicated. Sometimes it takes me 5 minutes or more to log-in to my comcast email. I also have gmail and yahoo! mail. The yahoo! and google sites are much more simple, and the pages load faster. Because those pages load quickly, and because I have gone to great lengths to try to determine if the problem is on my end, I tend to beleive that the comcast page is slow because it is so "busy".
Whenever I talk to comcast technical support, they say that the page loads just fine for them. (At the very least they are on a T-1 line.) They say that the problem must be with my equipment.
I believe that they simply do not want to admit that they have a problem.

I would welcome all feedback, positive or negative. I am unhappy with the way the technicians treat me whenever I call Comcast tecnical support. I am looking for a better broadband alternative.
