Is this the reason my PC isn't booting up?

PC powers up, won't boot, no screen, no beeps, no post, or bios...

turn a light on and take the pic again? I have no idea what I am looking at. too dark

can't you see the holographic gold things, in the red box one isn't as long as the other ones....

do you live in a cave or something? Is there some reason you cannot get a lamp, turn it on so the item is well lit and take a picture?

I have no idea if that is normal or not. What card is that? does it look like it was broken off or if it was made that way? What components are in your PC? Is this a new build or did you add that card and now it won't boot?

it's only you, no one else seems to have a problem..if you can't see what i'm trying to depict in the red box then forget it..btw it's normal, i checked my cousin's PCIe video card and apparently they're all like that
