The photo comes courtesy of Tech Hog, who apparently has a “friend” on the Android team that was willing to share a sneaky little picture. The friend said that this device was made by HTC, but that LG was also in the running to make the next Nexus device. He also mentioned that the final release of the phone could and will likely look nothing like the one you are seeing above, but that the specs on it are pretty amazing.

Hmm. That design doesn't really do it for me.

A device with no physical buttons? Some how I don't see that as a good thing.

No physical buttons is pretty meh.

Fully unlocked, monster hardware, no problems in functionality could go a long way to easing the pain though...

I think I'd at least want physical buttons for power and volume up/down though.

I certainly hope those are there, and likely they aren't included in the "no buttons" claim... hell, I need those for boot loaders! :D

The original source of the article has been pulled, and the person who "leaked" the pic is MIA, there's a note about it on the source, Tech Hog

Also Adobe employees are saying it's been Photochopped...

http://www.techhog.com/editorial/open-letter-to-all-about-the-leaked-nexus-3-fiasco/

a corporation that is [ever so slightly] invested in the success of these devices, has come out and claimed something accidentally released is a fake?

Well that settles it... it must be real! :D

Hahahaha. It's a photoshopped Thunderbolt that's being passed around on all of these news sites. What a great job by that person.
