htt multi is 1x 2x 3x 4x 5x X whatever your HTT/FSB bus is set. Athlon64's are based off a 200mhz HTT and 5x HTT multi for 1000mhz HTT x 2 = 2000. You want to keep HTT bus at or below 1000mhz(2000mhz double pumped), so lets say you use a 285mhz HTT/FSB, you'd want to use a 600mhz or 3x HTT multi. an 800mhz 4x HTT multi would put you over 1000, which could cause instability
