so microsoft will tell me to fvck off if i ask them for help?

so once I install it on a computer, it has to stay on that computer...i cant uninstall it and move it to a different computer?

Licensing. OEM is supposed to only be sold with a new PC although it can be worked around if you buy say a hard drive to go with it.
