Is this the correct CPU?

I wanted to upgrade my Intel CPU from a 2.8MHz to 3.2MHz. This is the motherboard that I currently have.

It says that it will support up to 3.2
CPU
? Supports Socket 478 for Intel® Pentium 4 (Northwood/Prescott) processor

I sent an email to MSI's Tech support but I have not received an answer.

Is this the correct CPU?

Yeap, that's the correct PSU. Where you getting it from?

I have a similar mobo to you. I decided to just upgrade because for the price you pay for a 3.2E you can buy a new mobo and an A64 3000+ (which made me depressed).

What motherboard combo are you think of for around the $245 price range? Also, how much better would it be than the Intel 3.2 MHz.
