Is this the best way to fix a sleeping problem?

I'm guessing not. But I keep going to sleep later, and later... and later... and eventually it's so late it messes up my sleep pattern completely. So I stay up all night and then I wake up and go to sleep at normal times again.

Yeah, I know I'm crazy...

staying up all night is the answer. I usually have that same problem in January. I just stay up a whole day and night, with NO NAPS! After that I am good for another year.

Exactly, but see, for me.. it's about every month. 😛

Nah. It happens to me too.

I'll typically go to bed 60-120 minutes later each day. So my sleep schedule kinda works its way around the clock like that. I always sleep for ~8-9 hours.

But if I need or want to be up for some reason, I'll stay up an extra 4-6 hours(being up for 20 - 22 hours) so I can wake up at the right time or whatnot.

Im like that too.
I used to go to sleep at 11pm get up at 8am. Thats 8 -9 hours sleep.
Sounds good eh 🙂 ... but then it was 11:30, 12, 1, 1:30, 2.... you get the picture.
Noticed I started getting tired all the time, and even if i got a good sleep on Friday night (eg 14 Hours) 🙂, I was still yawning my butt off the next day. Im still doing it though so I havent found the answer.

I thnk you should do what u suggested.
Dont sleep one night and then the next night crash at a normal time you want to start sleeping at. Sort of like resetting your sleep pattern 🙂

Do what i do and just have a few drinks early one day, and you'll fall asleep earlier. If you're against drinking, take some benedryl, nightquil, gravol, etc instead.
