Is this the best I can buy as power PC?

I already posted my question before about Top of the Line workstation, and I came up with this.

Can you tell me if this is the fastest I can buy as far as PCs go? Or should I go for Opterons and stick with 940 socket/AGP and DDR1 ram?

I really need to get this or similar configuration really soon. Btw, as I said earlier I do web design, 3d visualization and video post-production (After Effects), Flash and more then few occassions gaming.

I just want to buy the best there is right now and not think about a workstation for the next 2 years or so.

The system:
- Silverstone Nimitz SST-TJ03
- SUPERMICRO "X6DA8-G2" E7525 Dual Intel XEON (SCSI320)
- ASUS ATI RADEON X800 XT PCI-E dual DVI
- Dual Intel Xeon 3.4EA GHz with EMT64, 800MHz FSB
- 4 Gb Kingston ValueRAM DDR2-PC2 3200 Registered
- Dual Seagate 73GB 15,000RPM SCSI RAID 0
- Seagate 146.8GB 10,000RPM SCSI
- PIONEER Black DVD±RW Drive DVR-A08XL 16x / 4x DL
- ASUS Black 16X DVD-ROM
- Antec 550W PSU, 24-Pin, Model "TRUE550 EPS12V"

Advices much appreciated because this is a lot of money.

PS. I would really like to test this machine agains dual G5s from Apple with similar configuration.

Thx.
