Is this the 120 mm fan I need?

Exhaust fans are more important than intake fans -- so you tell me -- are you talking about adding a second intake fan, or a second exhaust?

If you're talking a second intake fan, it won't do jack squat for you, unless it's for cooling a radiator...

*edit*

Dude, that POS looks like it doesn't have ANY intake fans. Is that what you're talking about -- adding an intake fan?

If so, yes, add an intake fan in the front, and another in the side blow hole!

Sorry for sounding like an ass, but it shocked me when I clicked the top link...

The short answer is yes.

and this is compatible?
The fan mounting points look like the same size in the front and rear of the case. The next size lower is 92mm, which is noticably smaller. So, yes, I think they're compatible.

And I would ignore VinDSL until he's had his morning coffee. :)

The front fan is mainly for cooling the HDDs unless you want a positive pressure case (helps exclude dust). So low and slow is fine. You can get Yate Loon from jab-tech.com which are better and about the same price but their shipping is too much for only one fan. The Rosewill does 70+CFM which is well over the need. I have a couple of new Jamicons for sale that are more in line with the need - click on the link in my sig. I'm sure I can beat Newegg's shipped price (unless it ships free with the case) check the diff in shipping (never mind - they add the full $4.99 to ship the fan with the case - I checked). PM me if interested. I reviewed the Jamicon along with my Rosewill case here: http://www.techimo.com/reviews/ . Besides, the Rosewill fan comes with 4-pin molex connectors so you'd also need an adapter to connect it to your mobo or fan controller. While the Jamicons have the standard 3-pin fan connector with speed sensor wire, which the Rosewill also lacks. Much better fan at a lower price - hard to beat. I estimate $6.50 shipped by First Class mail. I'll even include a set of fan screws - LMK

I agree with all of the above.

Personally I would swap out all the 120mm fans in that case with Yate Loons.
