Is this system worth it?

I know Intel sucks when compared to AMD but I'm wondering if this is worth it for the price.

Dell 9150 with a Pentium D840 3.2ghz, 1gb ddr2 ram (whatever Dell supplies), 160gb hd, Nvidia 7800 GTX 256mb. Everything else is basic stuff...

Any opnions would be helpful. Thanks!

Eh... it's not bad, but if you built it yourself, you could easily make that money go a lot farther.

Well if you lived in the uk where that $900 translates into about £500 then hell yes. But your not so it dosent matter

1. If things don't work, how much does it cost to ship/RMA?
2. How long is the guarantee for?
3. What does the warranty cover?
4. Who is providing the warranty?

Dell is providing the warranty for 1 year. I probably have to pay to have it shipped back to Dell. I'm scratching my head because I can build my own computer but this seems to be a good deal?? Thanks for all replies

Are you buying this from Dell? I say this because many of the refurbished 9100s come as a new system, but they're listed by Dell as refurbished (with a 90 day limited warranty)
