I have my cpu backed down to 3.08ghz right now since I didnt want 1.38 vcore anymore (now its 1.34) the cpu is running cooler, but i noticed when i run the TAT cpu stress thing the vcore drops to 1.31, is that normal?

I'm going to guess that it's due to the added current drawn by the cpu when heavily loaded and the changesin internal resistances caused by heat. It may not actually be dropping(and 3 hundredths of a volt isn't much) but the monitoring may be heat affected.

That is normal under almost all setups, however, asus boards are famous for "vdroop" under heavy load. (they droop more than other boards)

That's not bad - my DS3 Rev3.3 drops from 1.325V to 1.264V under load. When I went for 3.4Ghz (E6600) I had to push the VCore up to 1.475V in this bios because under load it would drop to 1.392V when clocked that high.

I had a Biostar socket 754 with A64 3400+ cpu.
Nforce 3 chipset.

When I loaded Rosseta@home the cpu voltage would go up from 1.4 to 1.45.

A couple of other AT People said they had mobo's that did the same.........
