I have a MSI K7N2-Delta-L and the Onboard Lan wasn't working for me, so I popped in my Linksys NIC card and it worked fine. The only problem is, my downloads are tremondously slow! I use to get like over 40 KB/s with hte same nic card on my old computer and now I'm lucky to get over 10 KB/s. What the hell is going on? I udpated to the recent bios and that didn't seem to fix it.

Make sure you have it configured manually in your OS. Don't leave it on auto if you are getting slow speeds. Just go to the properties for your local area connection and you will see a configure button listed under your card name. Under advanced you will want to modify the settings there. Specifically the media type and duplex mode. Windows often doesn't do well with auto set. Worth a shot anyway as I have to do this on all of our servers at work or they are dog slow on the network.
