They are selling illegal software, plain and simple. One big clue is the "backup" note for the WinXP. Believe this site has come up before in other threads...

99% of the time, if they have a section dedicated to service packs, its illegal. You shouldn't have to go to them to get your service packs. Clue 2, look in the FAQ, software comes from Eastern Europe.
