Is this socket A heatsink too good to be true?

I don't think it would be good for overclocking, but would probably meet those quiet freaks requirment if they are gonna go with a socket A processor.

If you want quiet, get a taisol 733092 and screw on a 60mm panaflo/adda fan. This combo is silent even with no other fans turned on.

There were some reviews out there, and it was supposed to be very reasonable BECAUSE of it's design.
Very close to silent too....

The reviews don't seem very conclusive. Ah hell, I've ordered one. I run my duron 650 @ 950 at the mo with a PEP66. When i install this new 'sink (assuming the core doesn't crack on me!) I'll let you all know how it performs.
