Is this site stealing from Google?

Saw a full page ad for www.igrep.com in this weeks edition of e-week

advertising itself as a technical search engine.
Checked it out, and it looks just like google

I figured it was probably "a google company" -- but it looks unrelated.
(didn't research extensively, so I may be wrong)

anyway... I put in a search for a technical problem I'm looking into, and it wasn't as helpfull as google.

A lot of people surf ATOT in a comfortable position with only their hand on the mouse, clicking through threads. Taking our fingers out of our noses or off our peeners and changing positions to reach the keyboard is TOO MUCH WORK!
