Is this safe to clean an LCD with?

They are called Anti-Static Cleaning Wipes for Electronic Equipment. They contain Water, Isopropyl alcohol, Glycol ethers and Surfactants. I know the first two are okay, but are the last two? It has a list of things it is safe for, but it doesn't actually say LCDs, but it does say laptops, so it seems to be implied.
