Is this rebate offer legit for taxcut and microsoft money

I picked up Microsoft Money 2005 deluxe and taxcut 2004 deluxe at Walmart for about $50 total and came across this rebate: http://moneytaxcut.microsoft.y...rica.com/EntryForm.asp
and was wondering if it is a legitimate site. For one it is not actually hosted on Microsoft.com and two it mentions something in the terms at the bottom about purchasing at Walmart.

Not looking for debate on Money vs Quicken or Taxcut vs turbotax vs whatever. Just wondering if the site is valid for what I have purchased and where I purchased it.

Where it mentions "something in the terms" about Wal-Mart, it says that the rebate is not valid if the items were purchased at Wal-Mart.

I would think that is a pretty clear answer.
