I'm doing some research for my first build and have been looking into a very simple motherboard with everything I need and nothing I don't need. The Motherboard I'm looking into is the Asus P5Q:

My only concern right off was one of the reviews a customer left on newegg:
" Cons: No onboard GPU. You need to install the motherboard, take the cmos battery out, change bios jumper, turn system on and then off (nothing will happen), wait ten minutes, reinstall cmos battery, place bios jumper back to original location...and then and only then will your graphics card work. Pay close attention to dimensions of board...HP towers probably won't fit."
My question is wether this is a normal thing that everyone has to deal with?
and if so how many other things like this am I going to run into?
The main reason I am concerned is because the manual say's nothing about this
and I am hoping for a hassle free build. I am not looking to overclock my system and was hoping to not have to mess with jumpers and cmos just to build a simple sytem. Is this guy on newegg serious? I was really hoping to find everything I needed to know in the manual in case I didn't have internet on the day of the build.
