My friend at his work asked a girl a question, not directed towards her.....

?Do guys normally ask girls out nowadays, or do girls ask guys??
She answered the question and she kind of acted weird.
He proceeded to say it was not directed toward her and that he was wondering because there was a girl he liked and he did not know if he should ask or wait for her?

He got screamed at by the manager.

That depends on if she's attracted to him or not.

She's finds him attractive: he's flirting with her.

She doesn't find him attractive: he's a creep that deserves to have his life ruined and she gets all of his money.

That's because we live in a country of stiffs, and it's getting even stiffer.
