Is this RAM combination possible?

My current system at stock speeds
*Soltek SL-K8AN2E-GR (S754)
*Athlon 64 3000+
*512MB PC3200 Samsung (3-3-3-8), 2.6V default

Now my mobo only has 2 DIMM slots, so I'm not sure if I should go with another Samsung stick or should I go with a 1GB stick. I know some S754 mobos which used three PC3200 sticks would only run at PC2700 speeds.

I'm thinking of this OCZ stick. It's PC3200 with timings of also 3-3-3-8, runs at 2.6V default, and is a 1GB module.

1) Is this combination possible?
2) Will my memory run at PC3200 or PC2700 speeds if I buy the OCZ? (on the assumption it will work)
3) Should I stick with Samsung or buy the OCZ?

Should work ok, same timings and voltage as the other module, so that won't cause conflicts, so as long as your motherboard isn't picky about it, it will work fine. Not sure if it will drop to PC2700 speeds with 2 sticks or not, I don't have much expirience with motherboards for AMD.
