Is this Radeon 9500 Pro Hackable/Over Clock-able ?

i just bought the ATI radeon 9500 Pro http://www.ecost.com/ecost/shop/detail.asp?dpno=767924 and wanted to know two things

1. is this card hackable or can it be over clocked?

2. what do those two terms mean ? are they different from each other or the same ?

You need to flash the bios to an unlocked bios. Then you can try to overclock it.

Hackable: NO, you can not hack your 9500 Pro. Used as a term for modifying the 9500 NON-PRO into a 9700 NON-PRO. This can be done to a Non-Pro by either hardware of modified software drivers. I've heard the Success rate is around 50%.

Overclockable: Yes, can be overclocked as provided by the link from Viper. I have a 9500Pro overclocked to 300/300 from stock 275/270. This means that you run the graphics processer and/or graphics memory faster than stock speeds.

Go to rage 3d and they have links to tweakers that allow overclocking or use theirs.
