Is this PSU suitable for my new system?

What I already have:

(1) AMD64 3800+ 939pin 130nm
(2) Asus A8V-Deluxe Via K8T800Pro Athlon 64(FX) Skt939 DDR ATX Motherboard w/Audio, Gigabit LAN, RAID/Serial ATA Retail (Rev 2.00)
(3) Kingston 1G DDR400
(4) SkyHawk MSR4611 Aluminum Alloy Case
(5) 1 SATA 150 80G D, 1 UATA133 250G HD
(6) Other stuffs......
(7) a AGP video card will be bought later, depends on my wallet. Now I am using a cheap AGPX8 128M card.

Now I want to buy a PSU. I will try to do overclocking, Video encoding, CAD, game, numerical computing...... So I need to buy a good PSU. At present time I am looking at two PSU as following

(1) Antec 430W Power Supply, Model "TRUE430" -RETAIL , $80

(2) OCZ PowerStream 520W Power Supply With Adjustable Power Rails With LED Indicators, SATA Connector, Model "OCZ520ADJ" -RETAIL , $120

Looks like the OCZ one is great, but spending $120 to a PSU is a little tough for me. Do you guys think the Antec one is good enough for me?

Or, do you have other suggestions for me, such as the minimum Wattage, other brand,........?

Both are fine units, the OZC is complete overkill for your system though. Check out this Tagan one of the best PSU's out there.

Yep. Don't buy into the wattage hype (Although more is always better). Your system wouldn't even stress a quality 300W PSU.

If your budget if around 80, then I'd highly suggest this:
