Is this psu safe to use?

I just added a 7800GT CO to my stock HP system. My psu is a Hipro 300W 19A. My specs are A64 3500, 2 optical drives, 1 hd. Is it safe to use this psu? I've read on forums that the 7800 needs 450W but it seems fine on my system. I just dont want to smoke coming out of my pc. Can i keep this psu or "must" i upgrade it. Thanks

I agree. Get a better power supply. An Antec or Fortron/Sparkle, etc.

umm, yeah. u DEFINENTLY need a better psu. the 19A isn't enough not to mention the 300W capacity. UPGRADE!
