Is this PSU good enough for my system?

Please keep in mind that Shuttle uses a 240w power supply in the Athlon64 XPC. Most people will pack the unit with a hdd, high end video card such as the 9800 pro, a DVD burner, etc.

The Antec True Powers are proven and very popular. However if you want to make any power supply quiet, simply replace the fans with Pabst or Panaflo <20dB fans. Quality over quantity.....

Not everyone has problems, and the real point of my post was not to get wrapped up in the "more watts is better" myth.
