Is that enough to run

Ati HD4850
4gb ram
amd x2 5000+ be @ 3.2ghz


I have been having frame rate problems. Not massive, but significant in higher end games. (crysis is a major one) The 4850 should be able to run it around 25-35 fps on 1280x1024. but it runs it at 10-25.

Have you done any sort of troubleshooting to confirm that the PSU is the problem before you lay down $90 on a new unit?
