Is this PSU adequate?

I'm building my first PC. It's going to be a C2D (6400) system used primarily as fileserver/xvid encoder, no gaming. I'm going to have 5 hdds, using an Intel board with integrated video, a PCIe SATA RAID card, and a PCI PVR card.

Trying to find out if this Cooler Master RS-430 400W PSU will be adequate. I've read that the important issue with PSU's isn't the Wattage rating but the apmerage on the rails. This PSU has one 12v rail with 14A, one 12v rail with 15A and a 5v rail with 28A.

I've run my specs through through the eXtreme power calculator and it tells me I need 300W but doesn't break down the amperages. Will the PSU listed above be adequate given these specs? I'm trying to go cheap since I don't think my demands are that high, but I'm not sure what the amperage requirements of 5 HDDs are or what rail they draw power off of.

Any advice is appreciated.

From what I've heard cooler master doesn't make great power supplies. Don't skimp on the power supply, it's a really important part of your system.

Thanks. If I can ask another question... I grabbed one of my 160GB Maxtor SATA drives and it says on the label +5v 678 mA, +12v 960mA. Does this mean it's drawing ~1A on the +12v rail AND .6A on the 5v rail?
