Is this power supply will be compatible ?

Hi, I have a mobo "ASUS M2N68-AM SE2" and PSU "Corsair VS450",
my question is whether it will be compatible with my motherboard?
I have read that it is recommended to use a standard ATX 12V 2.0.
Please help, Regards.

I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible. While it's not a particularly new motherboard, it's not really old enough to be technologically any different from modern motherboards. With an AM2+ socket compatible with Phenom II CPUs - CPUs that you can also fit into brand new boards of the AM3+ socket - you shouldn't have any issues with a modern PSU like the VS450.

I ask because on the box from the power supply I have found that
they are compatible with 2.3; 2.2; 2.01; but do not know if 2.01, and
2.0/2.x it is the same. So It will be 100% compatible? Regards.

Yes, it should be fully compatible. Basically, ATX 2.0 specifies more emphasis on +12V power than before, and a 24-pin main ATX connector instead of 20-pin. Any board supporting ATX 2.0 should also support any unit up to the newest ATX 2.31 specification.

If you're unsure, you should check with ASUS Technical Support for official confirmation.
