Is this power supply good enough for my system?

I went to CompUSA today and picked up an Antec 400W power supply.....it was normally $79.99, but after some instant savings and a rebate it will only cost me $49.99. I just wanted to make sure before I opened it up that it would supply enough power for my computer. I am running an Abit NF7-S motherboard (nForce2 chipset), AMD XP2600+ 333FSB processor, 512mb Crucial Technology PC3200, and a Chaintech GeForce4 ti4200 128mb 8x agp card. I currently am running the system with my Antec 300W PSU from my old 1.4ghz system. A couple of times it restarted randomly, so I figure I need a new PSU. Here is the link to the PSU I bought.............I just need to know if it will be able to supply enough power for my system (and possibly some future upgrades)

Let me know what you think. Thanks a lot.

It should work perfectly at yur default speeds
unless you plan to boost yur fsb and mem to like 225 or more you shouldn't have a prob

I can't comment on future proofness, but like most "top of the line" psu's they usually don't last longer than a year or 2 at the most

good luck let us know how it works for ya

I haven't installed the new power supply yet because my computer has yet to restart itself like it did yesterday. Maybe it had something to do with the updates I was installing. Well, I am still debating on whether or not to keep and install the new Antec 400W power supply that I got for $49.99 (model# SL400). What do you think?

So do I continue to use my Antec 300W psu or keep the Antec 400W psu? My system seems to be running fine now with the 300W, but want to make sure my system is reliable and also I want to make sure I can do some overclocking too.
