Is this power supply enough to run these components?

I have this set-up.

Intel P4 2.6 GHZ CPU
1GB Corsair Value Select RAM
2 WD 80GB HD
1 PCI Hauppage WINTV150
1 PCI Soundblaster Audigy LS
1 AGP GeForce 6600GT Graphics Card
1 NEC DVD-RW Drive

This in an ANTEC case with a supplied 350 Watt Power Supply.

I've been running into problems with running Guild Wars, my computer restarts seconds after entering the game and I wasn't sure if it was because my PSU couldn't supply enough power to the system.

yup, should be plenty. I have seen people with 350W PSUs run an A64, 1GB RAM, 2 HDDs, and a 6800gt with no problems. I probably wouldn't overclock much, but still...

Does the PC actually restart, or just exit back to windows? Does this happen in other games as well?

It just happened with Guild Wars, i've ran other games just fine. It actually hard reboots itself about 1-2 minutes after entering the game. I'm working with the Guild Wars tech support and they asked if my PSU was big enough to run my system and I thought it was plenty and you guys agree. Obviously something else is going wrong. It's really odd though, because the system resources jump up to 100% when I enter the game.
