No. Low end Thermaltake PSUs have a notoriously low amperage on the 12V rail.

It'll work just fine. Just keep your receipt handy at the moment it feels like not working anymore.

I have a 500w for 30 dollars that offers an extra huge fan and a nice blue LED. Looks hot, hot, hot in my case w/side window. You have to be smart with things that cost 30 bucks as far as PSU's go.

Yep that will work great, I have it myself in my machine. I have had great luck with Antec PSU's, also some of the best out on the market are Enermax and Fortron, check some of those out as well.

I wouldn't recomend you go with that Thermaltake you were looking at, they are mostly junk, even the high end PSU's from them I have seen bad things uhju.

Edit: I also see the Video card you are looking at, did you think about spending another $50 and going for a 7800GT, it's worth it!!!!
