Is this Power Supply any Good?????

Hey All,
I was just wondering, is this power supply a Piece of $hit or will it actually let you overclock any?
Power Supply
- 350 Watt TurboLink New ATX12V P4/AMD Power Supply
- Supports: AMD, Pentium IV, Pentium III and Celeron
- Rear I/O Switch

It is supposedly a Channel Well TurboLink 350 W.

Is this thing any good or NO NO NO?
Please let me know asap.
Also, if you can recommend any other decent power supplies at a cheap price I'd appreciate it. Something under $40 and won't sound like an air conditioner fan if that is possible

That power supply is a rebadged L&C model (I can tell by the model number: LC-A350ATX). - it's a piece and don't even try to overclock with it. If you want a good power supply at a good price go to newegg.com and order a sparkle unit 300W or higher. You could also go to directron.com and get a fortron power supply 300W or higher(Fortron and Sparkle are all the same - notice the model numbers). Don't be fooled by the conservative 300W rating, Tomshardare tested the 350W version and it put out a max of 454W. These units are very high quality, the only thing is, you'll want to change the fan because the stock fans are very loud(maybe take the fan out of your current supply). You should be able to get one of these for around $40. Don't get an Antec unless you have extra money to spend. I'm currently using this setup with an Athlon XP 1700+ @ 2380MHz (over 3000+).

The amps are a joke (it shows the peak amps I think). At any rate, don't try to cut costs in buying a psu. Without a quality psu, your nice system will be useless. Don't start shopping with a price in mind but select a brand/model and find the cheapest vendor for it. You'll save yourself from endless headaches and nightmare you hear about on this forum.

By the way, a wattage rating is more or less used as a marketing gimmick than a true performance rating these days by cheap psu manufacturers. When buying a psu, alway check the amps.
