Is this Power Supply a single rail or multiple rail?

I think I am going to buy this power supply here.

Can anyone please confirm if this power supply is indeed single 12v rail.

I believe it is listed as multiple rails but I heard someone say that it was indeed a single rail.

I am hoping it is single.

If that is indeed multiple rail does anyone have any good suggestions for a good 700-750 watt single rail power supply?

I believe the OCP is set-up on that model so that any of the rails can exceed 20A.

Best single rail alternative? Mmmm, PCP&C Silencer @ 750W or one of the Silverstone Zeus models, say the ST75ZF.

Sorry, I was thinking of the single rail ST56ZF, 560W.
