ok, you know those "top 100" sites, where the user has to vote for your site? is there any way possible to open the window where the user needs to vote, and sending a command or whatever so the user clicks the button that votes for your site? (i know the link, but it's a cgi link, so i dunno if it will work. will it?)

any help would be appreciated. thanks
