hi, i was wondering if this is possible:

i have a imb t42 laptop with built in wireless and lan.. if i get a wireless signal, can i share that internet connection through the lan port hooked up with a crossover cable to the desktop?

Yeah, you need to set ICS past the Wireless to allow Routing to the desktop.

:sun:

Or, you can bridge the wireless and wired interfaces and move the IP (or DHCP client) to the bridged interface. The PC connected via the wired interface can then take an address on the same subnet as the original router and the PC without any special NAT or other routing functionality on the wireless/wired bridge.
