Anyone know if it'll work with little or no modding? That card looks mighty long...

I must be crazy :p...the single slot solution appealed to me.

I actually just ended up jumping on one of those Inspiron 9300 deals. I get an LCD screen with it too ;)

People have put dual slot graphics card in the SN25P before, though there were times where some modding was needed. And no, the pci-e 1x will be blocked since the graphics card would be taking up two slots :p

And ryanv12, the 7800GTX is roughly equivalent to 2 - 6800GT SLIed and in some games, even 2 - 6800 Ultras :)

I've seen the 7800GTX faster than SLI'd 6800 Ultra's...I believe in BF2 it is...probably because of much better shader performance, wheras older games weren't pushing that aspect of the GPU :)

*drool*

i think im just gonna go for a x800xl aiw and 3700 should hold me over until socket M2 sometime next year. late 2006-early 2007 i will upgrade to quad core or whatever is a good system then. though i wouldn't complain if i could get my hands on a 7800gtx for about 300...but that wont be happening anytime soon.
