a GF4 Ti4200 128MB have a 3dmark03 score of 5.5k+? (seen a few members brag about it on AT before)
isnt that the stock score of a 9800pro? thats a pretty huge oc if it is

No it's not possible.
Bear in mind the Ti4200 cannot do they DX9 part of the test.
